"I can't say enough wonderful things about Jeanne she is welcoming, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, willing to assist at the drop of a hat and doesn't mind assisting me when I just walk in - as long as she is not busy assisting someone else. I recently suffered a loss which resulted in a claim and she guided me through the right steps - we all need a little hand holding from time to time. Further more my claim connected me to another wonderful State Farm agent Zach who really is making a painful experience bearable. Keep up the good work State Farm with team members like them we will be part of the State Farm family for another 30 years!"

"This office handles everything with efficiency and class. Jeannie and Krista are all stars. We had water damage and all the headaches that go along with getting a claim filed and carried thru to resolution would not have gotten resolved if it weren't for these two wonderful ladies. When adjusters and claim people were dragging their feet and we were not getting anywhere on our claim these gems went above and beyond. Krista called the person handling my claim and read her the riot act in order to get this resolved. They never brushed me off or made promises that they did not keep. They get things done in a professional and respectful way."
